What the work is
Events across London: weddings, corporate functions, private parties, production catering.
- Roles: waiting staff, bar staff, chefs, kitchen porters, runners, hosts.
- Shifts: mostly evenings and weekends, four hours minimum. Some daytime and weekday work.
- Commitment: none. Take the shifts that suit you, turn down the ones that don't. Work one a month or five a week.

What we ask
Turn up.
On time, every time. It's the whole job. If you can't make a shift, tell us as early as you can and it's fine, we'll sort it. Not turning up without a word is the one thing we don't work with.
Look the part.
Smart black clothing, clean and pressed. We'll tell you exactly what each event needs.
Know what you're doing, or be honest that you don't.
Experience helps but we'll take people starting out for the right roles. What we won't take is someone claiming silver service experience they haven't got.

Straight answers
Am I employed or self-employed?
Employed. You're on our payroll, we deduct your tax and National Insurance, you get a payslip. Nothing to sort out yourself at the end of the year.
Do I have to take shifts?
No. You'll get offered work, you take what suits you.
How much work is there?
Depends on your availability and how flexible you are. People who say yes to weekends get offered a lot more.
Do I need experience?
For bar and silver service, yes. For runners and kitchen porters, no. Just be reliable and willing.
How old do I need to be?
18 or over.
