Per person, per hour. Four-hour minimum. Outside London and Birmingham, travel and accommodation are quoted on the brief.
New Year's Eve
Seeing the new year in? We staff New Year's Eve too. From 7pm, hours are charged at +25%.
Questions
Can Santa come to our office party?
Yes. Santa, Mrs Claus and elves for office parties, grottos and family events. Santas booked for children's events are DBS-checked.
Do you supply the costumes?
Yes. The festive team arrives in costume, or we can style yours.
Do you staff New Year's Eve?
Yes. From 7pm on New Year's Eve, hours are charged at +25%. It's the busiest night of the year, so send the date early.
How late can we book?
Ask whatever the date. Enquire between 8am and 10pm and you'll have confirmed names back the same day.
What if someone doesn't turn up?
In London and Birmingham, we have a replacement on site within the hour. If we can't, that shift isn't charged. Elsewhere, we agree the backup plan in the quote.
