Most agencies send whoever's free. We send people we've met, interviewed and briefed on your event. If something goes wrong, you call us and we'll sort it out ASAP.
Two things we guarantee
Same-day confirmation. Enquire between 8am and 10pm and you'll have confirmed names back the same day, not a wait and see.
Someone doesn't show, you don't pay. If a member of our team fails to arrive, we'll have a replacement on site within the hour. If we can't, that shift isn't charged.

Our rates
per hour, per person. Plus VAT.
One rate for waiting staff, bar staff, kitchen porters, runners and hosts.

- Overruns billed in 30-minute blocks
- No booking fees, no uniform charges, no surcharges
- Senior roles (supervisors, chefs, event managers) quoted individually.

Working with us
- Every worker is PAYE employed: holiday pay, pension, payslips
- Right to work verified and documented for everyone we send
- Employers' and public liability insured: certificates on request
- Payment terms: 14 days. New clients, first booking payable in advance
- Cancellations: more than 24 hours before: no charge. Within 24 hours: 50%. Within 12 hours: full charge
