Terms of Service

1. Services

VERGO Ltd provides event staffing only, supplying event chefs, bar staff, front of house, baristas, and catering assistants for events in London & surrounding areas.

2. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once the details are agreed and confirmed in writing. Availability is always subject to staffing capacity at the time of confirmation.

3. Service Delivery

• Staff are briefed on standards and event requirements before each booking.
• Right-to-work checks are completed as part of onboarding.
• Any issues are handled case-by-case with clear communication.
• Best-effort replacement support is provided if issues arise.

4. Invoicing

An invoice is issued after the event based on the confirmed hours and roles delivered. Payment terms are provided with your booking confirmation.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate event details, timings, and requirements.
• Ensure a safe working environment for staff.
• Notify us of changes as early as possible for review.

6. Liability

VERGO Ltd will take reasonable care in providing services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses beyond our control.
