These terms apply to staffing enquiries, confirmed bookings and service delivery carried out by VERGO Ltd.
Confirmation
Nothing is booked until confirmed.
Availability is only secured once the booking is agreed and confirmed in writing.
Delivery
Staff are briefed before service.
VERGO handles standards, role notes and event details ahead of the shift wherever reasonably possible.
Client responsibilities
Provide clear and accurate information.
Clients must give correct timing, location, role requirements and safe working conditions for staff.
Invoicing
Handled after delivery unless agreed otherwise.
Invoices are typically based on the confirmed roles and hours delivered, with payment terms shared in booking correspondence.
Liability
Reasonable care, limited responsibility.
VERGO takes reasonable care in supplying services but is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss outside its control.
