For Clients
Simply tell us your requirements through our Hire Staff page or contact us directly. We'll match you with vetted, experienced hospitality professionals from our roster. All our staff are personally interviewed and background-checked before being added to our team.
We provide experienced bartenders, waiters/waitresses, kitchen staff, barbacks, hosts, and general hospitality workers. All staff come with relevant experience in London's hospitality scene and can adapt to various venue types from casual bars to fine dining.
While we recommend booking at least 48-72 hours in advance for best availability, we understand hospitality moves fast. We can often accommodate last-minute requests depending on staff availability. Contact us and we'll do our best.
Our rates start from competitive industry standards and vary based on the role, event type, and duration. We offer volume discounts for larger bookings and ongoing partnerships. Contact us for a personalised quote.
Reliability is our top priority. Every staff member is personally vetted and we maintain active communication before every shift. In the rare event of issues, we have contingency plans in place and will work to find immediate replacements or provide appropriate compensation.
For Staff
Apply through our Join VERGO page. Submit your details and experience, and we'll review your application. Suitable candidates will be invited for a brief interview. We're looking for reliable professionals with genuine hospitality experience.
We require a minimum of 1 year's experience in hospitality roles. This could be bar work, waiting, kitchen experience, or similar. We value reliability and professionalism as much as technical skills. Relevant certifications (food hygiene, personal licence) are a plus.
Once on our roster, you'll receive shift notifications based on your availability and skills. You can accept or decline shifts as they suit you - there's no minimum commitment. The more reliable you are, the more opportunities you'll receive.
We pay weekly via bank transfer for all completed shifts. Rates are competitive and clearly communicated before you accept any shift. You'll receive a breakdown of your hours and earnings with each payment.
For most roles, a DBS check is not mandatory but may be required for certain venues or corporate clients. If needed, we can guide you through the process. Having an existing DBS certificate is always advantageous.

We're based in London and primarily serve venues and events across Greater London. We're expanding our coverage, so if you're just outside our current area, get in touch - we may still be able to help.
