What's your minimum booking?

We require a minimum of 1 staff member for 4-5 hours. This ensures we can provide quality service while making the booking worthwhile for both parties.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance for best availability. However, we can accommodate last-minute requests - give us a call and we'll do our best to help.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

You can cancel or reschedule free of charge with at least 48 hours (2 days) notice. Your deposit will be fully refunded. Cancellations within 48 hours may forfeit the deposit.

Are all staff DBS checked?

Yes, absolutely. Every single team member is DBS checked, personally interviewed by our founder, and thoroughly reference-checked before joining our roster.

What's included in your rates?

Our rates cover the staff member's time, their professional expertise, and our vetting/coordination service. Uniforms and basic equipment are included. Travel costs within London are included.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a 25% deposit at the time of booking to secure your staff and date. The remaining 75% balance is due 24 hours before your event. Deposits are fully refundable with 48+ hours notice.

How quickly will I receive my quote?

You'll receive a detailed, transparent quote within 24 hours of submitting your inquiry. For urgent requests, call us directly for same-day quotes.

What areas do you cover?

We cover all of London and Greater London. All boroughs are within our service area, and travel within these areas is included in our rates.
