What's the minimum booking?
We require a minimum of 1 staff member for 4-5 hours. This ensures quality service and makes the booking worthwhile for everyone.
Are there any hidden fees?
None. The rates shown include everything: travel within London, insurance, uniform, and our vetting/coordination service.
Do rates increase for weekends?
Standard rates apply 7 days a week. Peak dates (Bank Holidays, NYE) may have adjusted rates - we'll confirm in your quote.
What's your payment terms?
25% deposit to secure booking, balance due 24 hours before event. Enterprise clients can arrange monthly invoicing.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Free cancellation with 48+ hours notice (full deposit refund). Less than 48 hours may forfeit deposit.
How do volume discounts work?
Total hours across all your bookings count towards volume tiers. Book 50+ hours and automatically unlock Volume rates.
