Everyone joins on Standard. Shortlist roles are reviewed by VERGO, and strong Shortlist performance plus repeat client requests can lead to Gold status, higher hourly rates and longer-term opportunities.

Most Standard shifts pay £13+/hr depending on role and brief.

Shortlist

Reviewed briefs. +£1/hr uplift if selected.

Gold

Senior placements. Earned through consistent Shortlist delivery.

Reputation

Shortlist performance is tracked. It is how Gold is earned.
